Forefront is bringing 32-player FPS combat to PlayStation VR2 on November 5 with cross play, adaptive triggers, headset haptics, and improved visuals.

Triangle Factory has announced that its popular Battlefield-like 32-player FPS, Forefront, is coming to PlayStation VR2 on November 5.

The release comes with cross play between PC VR, Quest, and Sony users. The PS VR2 release naturally makes use of the great tech found in Sony’s headset, including adaptive triggers and headset haptics, and Forefront runs at 90Hz on both PS5 and PS5 Pro.

The news of Forefront’s PS VR2 port comes just after Triangle Factory released one of Forefront’s biggest updates ever, which introduced a “Battle Pass” style progression system for unlocking weapons and cosmetics. The update, called “Operation: Sandstorm” also introduces a melee weapon, a new gun, a new game mode, and much more.
