A VR version of Two Point Hospital is coming to Meta VR Glasses, Quest 3, and 3S.
Announced today alongside Meta VR Glasses, Two Point Hospital Mixed Reality Edition is a VR reimagining of the comedic hospital management game Two Point Hospital.
In Two Point Hospital, you will build and manage a hospital full of silly, suffering patients, maximize the hospital’s efficiency (and profit margins), and cure strange diseases. The new game, which was announced alongside Meta’s newest VR device, is making use of that device’s tech. It uses eye-tracking and hand-tracking to offer an intuitive and seamless gameplay experience.

Originally released in 2018, Two Point Hospital is a hospital management sim in which you take control of a run-down medical facility and try to turn it into a thriving hospital. As the hospital grows, so does the complexity of running it, with nurses, doctors, and staff requiring training, facilities needing expansion, and a wide range of ridiculous patients arriving with increasingly bizarre ailments.
Much of the game’s charm comes from its delightful sense of humor. But even though Two Point Hospital’s creators are obviously invested in making you laugh, they’ve also built a surprisingly detailed management game. No doubt this same sensibility will carry over to the series’ first VR release.
Two Point Hospital Mixed Reality Edition is coming to Meta VR Glasses and Quest 3 and 3S in spring 2027.
